Katie West, CIT: I am a trauma-informed counselor committed to helping women and couples learn how to process personal experience to flourish in their present moment. I focus on equipping individuals with an understanding of what it means to live within the growth model of transitioning from past experiences into present thriving opportunities. I believe in applying a whole-person approach to support every need of the person to obtain a total life change.

I am passionate about supporting individuals within a safe environment where they can grow in understanding who they are within individual, couple, or group sessions.

In addition to my practice, I love my sweet pug, Fiona. I appreciate opportunities to be creative, like drawing and writing. I also love exploring new and amazing places!

Grace Stroup, CIT: I am a trauma-informed therapy intern with the focus on helping others reach their goals in a healthy manner. I am committed to creating a safe and private environment for hard topics and hard work. Growth and change can be challenging, but you do not have to do it alone.

I enjoy working with teens and college students, but my passion lies with veterans, EMS, and healthcare professionals. My goal is to identify current problematic behaviors/thoughts and help people move towards the more useful side of life.

Some fun facts about me are, I have a partially blind cat. I love coffee and the surface level science behind coffee making. My favorite seasons are fall and winter (as long as I am cozy).
